Our club is dedicated to only 75 members who are ready to commit and change every muscle in their body. There will only be 3 members MAX per floor with booked appointments at any given time in the facility.

Do I need to book my workout time ahead?
Yes, using an app or through our head trainer. The trainers keep track of your workouts to ensure you are getting a results based experience.
Can I try the club before I join?
Yes. We also have a 14-day challenge that you can try before fully committing.
When does my membership expire?
Memberships are annual and can also be paid monthly.
Do you offer day passes?
No. Circuit 33 is an exclusive facility with limited membership. We do not want day passes to dilute the Circuit 33 member experience or results.
What if I’m unable to do all the exercises?
We recommend meeting with one of our professional trainers to plan your personalized Circuit 33 program. Our trainers will also be around during your workout to ensure you are moving accurately and safely. If you need to modify, we will happily show you options.
Can I workout every day?
The most important thing is to listen to your body. We can accommodate your needs to workout more and scale your workouts where desired. Be sure to book time with our trainers to schedule a workout that will let you push yourself to the next level.
Do I have to commit to an annual membership?
We have weekly/monthly memberships to give you the flexibility of your schedule and needs. We offer packages for our in-studio training that can be bought in 7, 10, 25 classes. We only accept 75 members at a time so be mindful if you are thinking of changing..
Do you offer nutrition advice?
Our personal trainers can offer nutritional advice based on your goals and fitness level.
