Tim Nauta graduated from Fitness and Health Promotion at Conestoga College in 2016.
He is a certified Personal Trainer, Resistance Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor through the Ontario Fitness Council (OFC). He has been a trainer for the last 5 years servicing all ages of clients, beginner and advanced. He has worked with athletes during the years as well and has run off ice group sessions for kids of all ages.
Training has been a part of Tim’s whole life, playing high level hockey and a variety of other sports. This grew his passion for training and quickly grew the love of helping others achieve their goals. His experience in Personal Training has led to the knowledge of how to keep people safe while pushing them to be the best they can. Tim loves how training brings people together, and truly believes there is no better thing than having fun and being confident in yourself!
