The Circuit 33 Method
We created 33-minute circuit workouts infused with high-intensity cardio that will leave no muscle unflexed. Our philosophy is that athletic training isn’t only for professional athletes – it’s for anyone who wants to elevate their fitness training and workouts.

Our club is dedicated to only 75 members at a time who are ready to commit and change every muscle in their body. There will only be 3 members MAX per floor with booked appointments at any given time in the facility.
We’re not content with having you sign up. We expect you to push yourself, train with us and get healthy. We’re here to push you to your goals with the support you need.
Three Stages of Circuit 33
Burning fat requires a balanced routine and consistent nutritional meals. By mixing cardio and resistance training, we ensure that you’ll burn unwanted fat while preserving strong muscles.
It doesn’t need to be about getting bulky (but if it is, we are here for you). Strong muscles are a strong foundation for a healthy body and metabolism. Each workout blends resistance training or weights to build upon or maintain a well-balanced physique.
