We provide a balanced yet challenging approach to fitness that pushes you to build strength and improve your movement inside and outside the studio. Joining Circuit 33 trains you for living a healthy lifestyle.

When you join our gym, we will meet to understand your fitness goals and create a strategy – we call this the Game Plan.

During the Game Plan, we’ll get to know what you are looking to accomplish at Circuit 33. From there, we will personalize your training routine and go over fundamental movements so you can maximize every workout and reach your goals in the most efficient way possible.

A healthy lifestyle requires balanced nutrition and consistent physical activity. Along with the support of our on-site personal trainers, we will provide detailed nutrition guidelines. Understanding how many calories you consume and how much you burn during physical activity helps you see results and stay committed to your new lifestyle.

The Circuit 33 Workout

Advance Your Fitness Experience with Guelph’s Best Personal Trainers

Adults need 150 minutes of physical activity each week, including aerobic activity and muscle strengthening. Are you moving your body enough?

When you arrive at our studio, you’ll speak with your trainer about any concerns or goals you have in mind. Whether you are looking to push yourself in cardio, improve your mobility, or move up to the next size of weights, our certified personal trainers will support you with a plan for the day.

After you warm up, it’s time to jump into your circuit. Depending on your fitness level and circuit day, you’ll focus on cardio, weight training, or bodyweight training. 

Cardio exercises improve your endurance. Strength workouts and weightlifting improve strength and balance. Together, both types of exercise can help prevent injury and improve your overall fitness level.

You’ll always be in control of your workout, but our trainers will be there to push so you can accomplish more than you thought was ever possible. If you have a question about using equipment or your form, our trainers are there for support. 

After you crush your workout, you’ll be rejuvenated and energized – ready to handle the day.
