What is Circuit 33?
We created 33-minute strength workouts infused with high-intensity cardio. Hold yourself accountable every week with daily workouts and on-site personal trainers dedicated to helping you shape your results.
Our program includes nutrition coaching to help you improve your eating habits and understand what your body needs.
The club is dedicated to only 75 members who are ready to commit and change every muscle in their bodies. Only 3 members MAX per floor with booked appointments are permitted at any given time in the facility.

In 2009 a friend of mine encouraged me to take part in the 2nd annual 30-day challenge offered by Lifetime Fitness. I like to think I was relatively fit; my weight was good but after the first bootcamp when I was gasping for breath and trying to keep my dinner down, I knew I had just made the best decision of my life. Thirty days later I was a convert. I have now worked out with Randy once a week for over 11 years. I’ve had a couple of injuries over the years, ironically both shoulders but we’ve always been able to modify my workouts to compensate. Now with Circuit 33 I’m excited to change up my fitness routine by having someone else work out my optimal weight training plan each week while still getting personalized attention to address any issues that might arise. I like the fact that I just have to show up and get going. Thirty-three minutes, three times a week supplemented by cardio and a good nutrition plan means I will be doing everything I can to maintain my health and remain strong. I’m able to do this while still having fun and getting tremendous value for 3 days of circuit training each week!
